My order was of good quality. However the refund process for returned items is ongoing and not yet been processed. Although I appreciate the present climate can make things take longer, other companies are managing to process orders and refunds far quicker. For this reason alone I will be unlikely to use this site again. Waiting for 21 days for a refund to even be processed then a further 7-10 days for the money to appear back in my account is not acceptable.
