The tyre guy contacted me with an updated time and arrived bang on the time he advised. He was very efficient and done a great job.

The gym equipment and set up was good however the air con was on blasting out really cold air making the gym absolutely freezing on an already frosty morning. It was very uncomfortable.

Delivery arrived within expected time and delivery instructions followed. Great service.

My order was of good quality. However the refund process for returned items is ongoing and not yet been processed. Although I appreciate the present climate can make things take longer, other companies are managing to process orders and refunds far quicker. For this reason alone I will be unlikely to use this site again. Waiting for 21 days for a refund to even be processed then a further 7-10 days for the money to appear back in my account is not acceptable.

I have used Mazuma before and they didn't dudappoiny this time either. Postage pack came within a couple of days and upon receipt of my phone with them it was all processed on the day and cheque posted out right away. Would recommend and will use again.
