Substandard T shirts - definitely seconds as very misshapen; huge sleeves & tiny body. Tried to return free via the portal - it wasn’t working. Tried a chat bot - it couldn’t understand the issue of a malfunctioning portal. Several emails back and forth to customer services, and I couldn’t get any further than ‘you can return it to (this address) at your own cost.’ I finally got a refund after doggedly emailing customer services. Sadly my trust in the House of Fraser brand has gone.
