Once you get over the initial idea of having to pay an annual subscription to buy their products, you’re rolling. They’re constantly innovating. I was delighted to see them reduce the price of 2 of my regular order products (chollagen & green me up) - because of the quantities being ordered across the board. It replaced cynicism at the cost of seemingly everything going up in price with a sparkle of joy and hope!

Extremely happy with this app/process. I never sign up for rewards, but was convinced this one was worthwhile - it’s true! It is easy, just register your card and shop and the rewards will accumulate. Having claimed my first money off my phone bill I crossed my fingers not convinced it would actually work - it did! I’ve heard some have had bad experiences with EVRI - the guy who delivers to us does a great job. Always uses his nouse and places parcels securely and hidden if we’re out.

Substandard T shirts - definitely seconds as very misshapen; huge sleeves & tiny body. Tried to return free via the portal - it wasn’t working. Tried a chat bot - it couldn’t understand the issue of a malfunctioning portal. Several emails back and forth to customer services, and I couldn’t get any further than ‘you can return it to (this address) at your own cost.’ I finally got a refund after doggedly emailing customer services. Sadly my trust in the House of Fraser brand has gone.
