Work 10/10. Admin 1/10!

Whilst the actual work done by the Franchisee (Andrew) was of a good quality the central admin was terrible.

Text messages gave me incorrect info. No one responded to various messages about timings on the day and I was stuck in all day waiting for a visit with no contact.

Very unprofessionally handled by HQ.
