Made a very emotional purchase. Bought my Mont Blanc Fountain Pen in memory of my beautiful Wife Pam who passed in December as a last Birthday Present. It is beautiful and I can use it everyday to remember her love for me. Thank you Pen Shop for making this happen. Wonderful product and wonderful service.

The quality of teaching and materials at UOL is first class and helped me become one of the 41% of participants who passed SQE1 in July 2025.
Further, their support helped me pass in the first quintile.
I highly recommend their academic capability.
Honestly, I would have given them a 5* rating had it not been for the fact that the admin team regularly lets down the tutors.
Communications are missed or late and students often have to ”self-help” one another to find their way through the process.
The whole operations team and systems need serious review -
But the ability to educate students in the Law is faultless!

DWV (Owain) did a great job. Very professional, thorough and friendly. First class! However the cosmetic care plan insurance plan that employed them is a broken model. Yet again they had only advised one repair when I had reported two through their portal - and I couldn’t speak to a human to authorise it - so only part of the work was possible. The insurance is more hassle than it is worth!

Whilst the actual work done by the Franchisee (Andrew) was of a good quality the central admin was terrible.
Text messages gave me incorrect info. No one responded to various messages about timings on the day and I was stuck in all day waiting for a visit with no contact.
Very unprofessionally handled by HQ.
