First rate customer experience with Snowboarding boots

I recently had a warranty issue with my snowboarding boots and a specific failure with the BOA system. While initially disappointing to a have failure for a high end product bought within a year, I had to commend the Glisshop Support team for dealing with the whole process of investigation and resolution with extreme levels of professionalism and customer focus. Absolutely well done to everyone, thank you for getting me a new pair of boots in time for my next team and keep being the super starts you are.
