I recently had a warranty issue with my snowboarding boots and a specific failure with the BOA system. While initially disappointing to a have failure for a high end product bought within a year, I had to commend the Glisshop Support team for dealing with the whole process of investigation and resolution with extreme levels of professionalism and customer focus.
