Poor service and unhelpful with travel claim for UK holiday

Poor service and unhelpful when discussing aspects of the travel claim policy. Disingenuous selling a Europe multi-trip policy which includes repatriation costs and yet when I broke my arm in Scotland they would not fund any rescue for me to get home, thus having to abandon my car and rely on a relative to drive hundreds of miles to collect me. Their CEGA assistance support took eight calls from us but never rang back, when I needed to get emergency surgery on the broken arm. Useless. Since then, their representative several weeks later told me Admiral should have covered my costs in getting home from Scotland. There's clearly no comms between CEGA and Admiral, who admitted that if I'd broken my arm in say Greece they would have flown me home! They claimed not mentioning a single cortisone injection eight months previously (a one off, no ongoing treatment) meant I could only get 77% of my cottage booking repaid, and refused to countenance the costs of getting home. I've tested inputting this since to check the change in premium I would have paid and it does not equate anywhere close to a 23% deduction.
