ABSOLUTELY DON'T ORDER! The photograph of the cargo shorts I ordered bore no resemblance to what I received (showed well above knee height length, they were well below knee) and they took over a fortnight to arrive from China - no reference to this until you get a tracking number showing it. Then when you complain you are asked to return it at your own expense to a Chinese address for a refund. Ridiculous. They need to be transparent about where the goods are coming from. Get a refund from your credit card company on chargeback

Having read the previous negative reviews I must admit I hesitated to place an order -however as with my last review for 2EROS I can only sing their praises. This time I ordered a fantastic looking cotton Amalfi shirt in medium (I'm 40" chest) which looks and feels absolutely stunning, makes me feel like a thirty something again! And also another pair of the V20 swim briefs this time the white signature design which looks knockout. Having swum 800m in the last pair in a scenic lake in the Lake District they certainly performed really well and look stylish. The time from ordering the shirt and swimwear was again incredibly quick from Australia, from 28 August to delivery at my house on 6th September, with no import duties and I was kept informed by DHL
every step of the way. I can't fault the quality of both the goods and the service. Top marks!

Kept informed about arrival time and delivered safely

Ordered 2eros swimwear from the UK and it arrived incredibly quickly within 9 days from Australia, with regular tracking updates from DHL. Very impressed. Not only that, but the V20 Mykonos swim brief was a perfect fit (I followed the as a 32" waist to go up a size to a L from a M), and of great quality with a fantastic design and drawcord. Top marks from me, will be ordering again! (note: no import duties charged as under £135 in total).

Fantastic designed swim briefs from Gali Swimwear - great that funds go to support Aboriginal artists. I ordered the Para-Kiira Baaka Green briefs, in medium (I pondered large based on a few others feedback) - I'm a 33" waist and these were spot on and look super cool. Despite living in the UK, David's delivery was super quick within ten days of ordering. Awesome service!

Quick delivery great swim socks

Excellent quality swim briefs (budgies I mean!) perfect fit - I'm a UK 32-34" so went for a size S (32") rather than medium given comments about sizing, and that was spot on. Had a fab 900m swim in a lake in the Lake district in them and really great for performance swimming. Love the 'Angry Fish' design!

Poor service and unhelpful when discussing aspects of the travel claim policy. Disingenuous selling a Europe multi-trip policy which includes repatriation costs and yet when I broke my arm in Scotland they would not fund any rescue for me to get home, thus having to abandon my car and rely on a relative to drive hundreds of miles to collect me. Their CEGA assistance support took eight calls from us but never rang back, when I needed to get emergency surgery on the broken arm. Useless. Since then, their representative several weeks later told me Admiral should have covered my costs in getting home from Scotland. There's clearly no comms between CEGA and Admiral, who admitted that if I'd broken my arm in say Greece they would have flown me home! They claimed not mentioning a single cortisone injection eight months previously (a one off, no ongoing treatment) meant I could only get 77% of my cottage booking repaid, and refused to countenance the costs of getting home. I've tested inputting this since to check the change in premium I would have paid and it does not equate anywhere close to a 23% deduction.
