A Game Of Two Halves

kicking off the repair process was straight forward if you are tech-savvy. My elderly parents are not. It required signing up for / using a portal (that very word turned them off) and taking / submitting photos of the fault that needed repair.

HOWEVER, once I had steered them through that, the rest was superb. The repairman was first class as was his work. He was in contact before the appointment and on the day to narrow down his arrival time, respected my parents home and had a great manner.
