Plenty of pre-delivery info by email and text - a delivery date then a three-hour window on that day. It would have been a five star review but the thirty minute 'warning' phone call did not happen.

Needed a specific perfume in a short timescale and searched the web. Plenty of sites stocked it, many of these could deliver as required. BUT only Perfume Click (PC) hit both marks AND could gift wrap AND THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT WAS ABOUT HALF OF THAT FROM ALL OTHER SUPPLIERS. It's a win:win:win:win and it arrived in good time. Found the book my grandson has requested from Santa and at a very competitive price. It arrived in good time, well packaged and so in pristine condition. It could not have gone any better.

The prices for broadband, mobile, utilities and land line/calls are very competitive and the bills are clear and easy to understand. Human beings answer the phone. They do their best to answer enquiries and solve problems and usually always succeed. I've been a customer since 2010 and won't move. They are very fair service supplier.

The product required was an umbrella - a pink, glitzy, weatherproof umbrella. Debenham's website had such a thing. At £30 it was quite expensive, but it was exactly what was required. We read the Product Description. Perfect. Delivery was swift enough too and not that costly. So far, so good.

Then it arrived.

The thing, billed as handbag sized, was not unless your handbag is more like a golf bag! It was a full sized brolly with nothing to reduce it to something more subtle in its dimensions.

We kept it because it was everything we needed, but like the great Peter Crouch, it's a bit long!

Impressive range of personalised gifts made selection a challenge, made worse by the number of styles of label to choose from for the celebratory bottle of fizz!! The product arrived by Royal Mail (RM), properly packaged, well within the specified timescales and looks great. The whole process was well explained by a series of emails at key points - Ordered, Dispatched, With RM, Out for delivery and so on. Used this company previously, glad I did this time and will do again.

Easy to use the collection service. Plenty of updates from order to delivery. Took less than a minute from arrival at the store to leaving with the parcel. Couldn't be bettered.

Great staff. Nice atmosphere in a bright and clean premises. The advisor, Bridget was first class, her command of the phonetic alphabet was exemplary! I was pretty clear about what we wanted so her job was not the hardest but she did all we needed her to, with a great manner, and a found exactly what we wanted.

kicking off the repair process was straight forward if you are tech-savvy. My elderly parents are not. It required signing up for / using a portal (that very word turned them off) and taking / submitting photos of the fault that needed repair.

HOWEVER, once I had steered them through that, the rest was superb. The repairman was first class as was his work. He was in contact before the appointment and on the day to narrow down his arrival time, respected my parents home and had a great manner.

Easy to use the website and the price was competitive. The personally-labelled bottle arrived on time and was very well packaged. The recipient will have their gift tonight so cannot comment on the bottle's content quality but if it is to the same standard as the other aspects, all will be well. Would definitely use again.

Very competitive prices for gas/electric/broadband/mobile/landline. Clear bills and well explained. Great customer service with real people dealing with issues speedily and reliably. I've been with UW since 2010, take all utilities and have no regrets at all.

Had exactly what I wanted (Paco R Millennium gift set) at a superb price and discounted by a further 20% because of my membership. Well gift wrapped too and lovely staff.

Just a quick note to express my appreciation with regard to Gavin's service on Wed 27 Sept 2023.

He arrived earlier than the text updates suggested he would, was smart and a great ambassador for the AA.

Gavin explained what he was doing and why and what he had found out or was unable to. He did so clearly.

He followed me to the nearest Ford garage, explained to them the results of his endeavours, and then made sure I arrived home safely.

Picking up on a comment I made, he then sought to secure a hire car and set the wheels in motion. That car should arrived the following day.

His service was exemplary and he deserves a compliment.
