Great GLC Class
I attended GLC class today which was taken by Caroline. What a brilliant class and Instructor. The class was fun and fast paced for burning those calories, with a great variety of exercises
I had the opportunity this week of trying out some new classes, GLC was one of those I picked and I am glad I did. It was definitely worth it, thank you Caroline. X
