No customer service
Again all l receive is a robot message to the effect that my parcel has been delivered. It has not been delivered to my home address for which l pay council tax like every other household. It is not the fact that my paid for parcel is not in my mailbox. It is the fact that l personally have been lied to together with all the implications that l suspect will follow. Why not just specify where the courier has actually left the parcel. At least then l would know where it is.
