I was able to obtain the exact guitar amp speaker that l wanted at a fair price. The website was not too difficult to navigate and full details were available within it. The speaker was safely packaged and received in good time. Most quality amplifier speakers were available therefore I recommend this seller.
The item l purchased was fairly priced in comparison to other sources. The website used for the purchase proved very user friendly saving time and frustration however it was detailed in respect of what I should expect. Just awaiting delivery now. The item has many various good reviews therfore l am not expecting disappointing results. I received the speaker. It was fitted easily and there is a great improvement in sound quality from my fender amp.
This is a quite detailed review as l honestly think l may not be refunded correctly. My order was for 2 carbon monoxide alarms. A very specific size and easily identified by the packaging. My order was accepted online on 11 July and l travelled from Rhyl to collect am on 14th. after receiving notice to collect. On collection of the order which was enclosed in a plastic bag with no view of the contents l immediately realised that this was not what l ordered. I opened the bag and saw it contained 2 co detectors. Neither being what l ordered. I pointed it out to a member of staff and was apparently issued with an online refund which I was told should be received within 14 Days. Two points here.Why was l given the wrong items which were obviously greatly different to what l wanted and why have l to date not received notice of my refund Instead l received a message at 12.02 pm thanking me for collection of the items and asking me to supply this review?............ Not good enough and it doesn't stop here. I had previously ordered the alarms that l wanted from the Rhyl branch only to receive a message the following day that my order had been cancelled. No reason why. Another promise of a refund. So l now await two refunds totalling almost £70 which l have to follow up myself. Customer care and service?.............l honestly have no confidence with this shop and really expect to have problems recovering my outlay. If l do not receive confirmation of a total refund in respect of both the Rhyl and Llandudno branches l will definitely escalate the matter. Now additional to the above. I was right. Time went by but one refund failed to materialise. Lots of time and effort spent to try to recover which l did eventually with the assistance of a customer relations lady. She was diligent obviously intelligent and pursued my problem until it was solved. Pity the staff who caused the problems were not the same.
Honestly these days l have become grateful for any postal delivery l get close to the expected delivery date. I have experience of parcels being left in different locations without my instructions and also blatant false messaging regarding attempted delivery. I have to say that Is not true of Yodel who l have no complaints about yet

Again all l receive is a robot message to the effect that my parcel has been delivered. It has not been delivered to my home address for which l pay council tax like every other household. It is not the fact that my paid for parcel is not in my mailbox. It is the fact that l personally have been lied to together with all the implications that l suspect will follow. Why not just specify where the courier has actually left the parcel. At least then l would know where it is.

3 years ago l saw my local GP regarding painful swollen varicose pains in my left leg. I have been through the related scans and listed for surgical procedures. Several times I have spoken to the relevant departments with the result that my personal waiting time for treatment is a further 18 months. The veins continue to enlarge with very unpleasant feelings. I now have the complications of serious pain in my left hip and incapacity as a result of osteoarthritis in that joint which will require surgery as soon as possible. I am l consider a fairly fit male of 73 years and enjoyed life until incapacitated. Despite having fully contributed to national insurance throughout 30 years as a police officer who served the public l feel l am now being neglected completely by the authorities. Neglectful Disgraceful and uncaring. Same for everyone of my age who put their lives into this now pathetic country which is the laughing stock of the world
Very easy website to air your feelings. I lived for 20 years in a very isolated location in S. Ireland and unfortunately returned to the UK. Personally l am appalled by the lack of standards and morality which the UK has degraded into. There is very little work ethic and a very obvious lack of customer service. Trustpilot is doing its very best to combat the above but l consider it an uphill struggle. Trustpilot is a step in the right direction. Please use it.

I was able to order and received a specific size and quality screw which seem to be very difficult to obtain in the UK. The items were supplied to me quickly and very well packaged. I consider the price of the actual screws very fair.

My last incident with royal mail proved negative and frustrating. A parcel which l waited for was marked attempted delivery on tracking. No further attempts made. Royal mail were informed. Much more time awaiting delivery which did not happen. Whole scenario ended for me with royal mail blaming parcelforceworldwide and vice versa. I have their emails to prove it. Ebay did reimburse me for the value of the lost item but the item was invaluable to me
Only recently by close examination of my visa account have l discovered that totaladblock.com of Fareham have been receiving £9.95 monthly from my account for some considerable time now. I did not know l still had any connection with the company. I can only remember trying the app on a new phone over Christmas. Dissatisfied l uninstalled it promptly. The icon on the phone disappeared but obviously not the account which obviously stayed. Not impressed. Hopefully this am cancelled any connection with this company. Another £10 to sever ties!!. I will let the public decide in respect of the reply received.

Prompt delivery and courier informed me that item had been delivered to a suitable location (reception office) other than my residence. This is acceptable to me if the courier is unable to gain access to my residence for any genuine reason.

Unfortunately I can't give a5 star purely because it's the first time using the service and l was not familiar with it. However it seems to work out OK in principle. I do gain the impression that it is too easy to include this service for orders accidentally but again perhaps this is unfamiliarity
This bidding assistance program has proven excellent to date for me. I can't fault it. It's been easy to install and use. It provides regular updates on items of interest. Bids are easily modified or cancelled.
It bought a rapid response from a company which I consider had failed to communicate with me in respect of an order paid for prior to Christmas and not yet received. I now know my exact position and how l can proceed in the near future thank you.
Again like the previous review my order was placed on 11 Dec 23 and hasn't been received yet. My emails have not been answered and there's been no contact from this company since then. The payment has been taken though. Not good at all.
