I opened an instant access account with Atom and transferred savings from a previously low interest account. The process was easy to follow and set up was quick. You use a nominated bank account to transfer funds. Once transferred, you can see the funds in the easy to use Atom app, with a choice of 3 ways to login in using either passcode, facial recognition or voice. The attraction for me was, if you make make a withdrawal, the interest only decreases for the month you made the withdrawal. My other savings account allowed 3 withdrawals before a permanent rate reduction.
The hardest thing I encountered was getting my previous bank to allow the transfer of funds to Atom!!!
