Excellent service, ordered a set of two pens late afternoon with engraving and it arrived the next day. Opted for wrapping too and it all arrived beautifully wrapped and spare refils ordered, came in a lovely pouch.
A present for my daughter for college, she was very pleased.

Absolutely fabulous customer service from Richer Sounds Liverpool! I spoke to them several times regarding a purchase of a turntable, stand and speakers for a gift for my daughter. I had already looked up some products on their website but just needed advice as to whether they were all compatible. Dave was so helpful and didn't lose patience at all with my many questions during a lengthy call. Equipment arrived the very next day after ordering over the phone. When setting up, I was unsure as to the fitting the speaker wires which were not colour coded. I spoke to Dave again and he very helpfully sent an email advising which wire went where. I wouldn't have completed the set up without this help!

I opened an instant access account with Atom and transferred savings from a previously low interest account. The process was easy to follow and set up was quick. You use a nominated bank account to transfer funds. Once transferred, you can see the funds in the easy to use Atom app, with a choice of 3 ways to login in using either passcode, facial recognition or voice. The attraction for me was, if you make make a withdrawal, the interest only decreases for the month you made the withdrawal. My other savings account allowed 3 withdrawals before a permanent rate reduction.
The hardest thing I encountered was getting my previous bank to allow the transfer of funds to Atom!!!

DPD is the best delivery company there is!! Always give updates and always arrive between the time slot given.

Delivery is always within the time stated and accurate timeslots are communicated well. By far the best delivery company. I'd rather pay a bit extra for postage and companies use this delivery firm, there are a lot of other awful companies... Which I won't name.

For years I haven't printed pictures out as I didn't have time to go into shops and transfer from my phone. Brilliant to sit at home and have the pictures delivered to my door. Particularly loved being kept up to date about my order, all the offers and the quality of my two wood frame picures was excellent. I cannot fault them....... Oh and 50 free prints!! 😉👍

Always prefer dpd as a delivery method as you get an hour time slot and your parcel arrives within that time frame and you have options to choose if your not going to be in.

I ordered same day flowers quite late on, but they still managed to deliver. Recipient very pleased with her birthday flowers.

My items arrived, packed beautifully. I Really loved my black tulip handwash and handlotion received free on an offer. The handcream set I ordered left my hands, lovely and soft and fragrant. The only thing I would say is that the size of the tubes on the hand cream is too big for the content as they all felt half empty. Perhaps use smaller tubes and fill them, so you feel you are getting value as they were expensive over £50.00.

The metallic pencils have not yet been used as they are a Christmas present, but delivery packaging, communication all great. Pencils look really good quality as is the binded paper. Great also that they are made in England, local to me, so can support business.
