A huge let down!!

I ordered a refurbished I phone 11 for my child as a birthday present it said 1-2 business days for delivery, great that would work perfectly I could pay through klana which helps the cost side of things.

I sent an email on the morning of day 2 asking where my phone was as I was eagerly waiting for the dispatch email and I’d heard nothing on the morning of the second day bearing in mind the 1-2 days at around 1530 I received an email apologising for the delay. Ok I thought then I received another email saying the phone wasn’t even ready for dispatch then I received another email telling me the phone had failed the quality control,

I started to become frustrated at this point as I wanted this phone within the boldly advertised 1-2 days! The next email read we have it in green and can send it to you today meaning I’d get it Monday/Tuesday. I replied that was not what I wanted or ordered please cancel my order.

Needless to say they closed for the weekend (not my complaint) and today being Monday I received an email to ask if I wanted the green phone I declined this as I’ve already been to a phone shop to resolve the issue myself.

The fact that that hadn’t even had the phone advertised ready to dispatch within the clearly advertised 1-2 days caused me no end of inconvenience then the Gaul to try and palm me off with something I didn’t want just astonishes me. If they’d just be honest it would save the me the customer from a tonne of hassle!!

My request for a refund has been honoured their one saving grace! Give them a swerve and go to the high street!!
