I received a defective Samsung Galaxy Watch and returned it within 14 days, as allowed by EU consumer law. Instead of offering a refund, the company blamed me for the damage without proper evidence – just a photo and vague claims. Communication was slow, and after over a month of waiting, they only offered a discounted replacement. Extremely disappointing service. Be careful before ordering here.
