Not at fault claim

The operator seemed to have little interest in my not at fault claim that has now been outstanding for over a year

Hello Trevor,

I’m really sorry to hear that you found the service were delivered unacceptable when recently contacting us about a claim.

What I’ve done, is sent our Claims Team an email, asking them to review the case and to get back to you with an update and why we are unable to close and change the claim status just yet.
