Olivia was superb. After my free Xmas cake and coffee, both yummy, we had a great chat about our recent visits to Vienna and then the reason for my popping in, to book Cologne for next year. Olivia was knowledgeable, efficient and very engaging - a fine ambassador for Hays. it could not have gone any better.
