I bought an amp from Merchant City music in December. I had some issues with the delivery pattern. I had a call from Richard, and I explained the issue. They resolved the issue, got the amp returned to them, and sent me another amp with a different courier before the orgibal had arrived back. Richard kept an eye on the courier and made sure I knew what was happening at all times. In these days of lower customer service, the service I had was fantastic. I look forward to buying from them again.
