Bought an engraved ROtring pencil for my husband for Christmas. Beautifully engraved. Unfortunately the nib broke in the first few days. I emailed Pen Heaven. Joe from Pen Heaven got in touch with ROtring. Ì don’t think Joe heard back from ROtring, so a week later he apologised, thanked us for our patience, and provided an engraved replacement by post.
