Honestly the best place to get customised parker pens, got one for my friend as a gift and he absolutely loved it. The delivery was swift and the workmanship was top class. Definitely book marking for thoughtful gifts related to pens!

I cannot rate this company's customer service highly enough. In December last year I ordered four refills for my husband's Yoropen. When they came he popped the envelope (unopened) in a drawer. He is 79 and just a bit forgetful! Yesterday he brought out the refills and realised they were the wrong ones (this is now three months since we received them). Everyone makes mistakes. Contacted Pen Heaven by email and they kindly sent the correct refills (plus four extra, thank you!). They said not to bother returning the wrong ones. The replacement refills arrived today (less than 24 hours later). London to Ayrshire in less than a day. Impeccable customer service and kindness from Joe. No hesitation in recommending them. Brilliant service from Pen Heaven. I ordered a presentation pen with bespoke engraving and I am delighted with it — it looks fantastic and the engraving is perfect.
Joe was very helpful and communication was quick and clear throughout. Delivery was fast and the pen writes beautifully.

Ordered a pen as a gift and when it arrived it was damaged (the parcel was in bad shape, looked like it had been thrown around.) I emailed PenHeaven and within the day it was rectified. Another pen was dispatched in "bomb proof" packaging and it arrived the very next day!!! I was amazed!!

Ordered a parker pen for my daughter as a well done for some uni work, unfortunately I forgot she was now married and asked for her old surname to be engraved, contacted Pen Haven to try and get surname changed to her married name, this was not a problem for them and they not only changed it for me but delivered it extremely quickly. Very pleased with the whole service

Bought a second TWSBI ECO demonstrator fountain pen as they are so good to write with. This was a fine nib to go with the medium nib I already have.

Bought an engraved ROtring pencil for my husband for Christmas. Beautifully engraved. Unfortunately the nib broke in the first few days. I emailed Pen Heaven. Joe from Pen Heaven got in touch with ROtring. Ì don’t think Joe heard back from ROtring, so a week later he apologised, thanked us for our patience, and provided an engraved replacement by post. It’s again beautifully engraved and is a joy to use. Thank you Joe for providing such an excellent service and after service. Highly recommend purchasing products from Pen Heaven.

I ordered a Yard o Led refill for my roller ball pen. It arrived the following day as promised. The Royal Mail had handled the item roughly and broken the end with the roller ball.I phoned and Pen Heaven sent me a replacement which arrived the following day (tracked as before). This is wonderful service when the damage to the item was not the fault of the supplier.

I purchased a Cross Rollerball and unfortunately it had a faulty lid which kept falling off. I contacted customer support and they said they would talk with Cross about getting a replacement for me.
After 2 weeks I hadn’t heard back then received an email from Pen Heaven, thanking me for my patience and advising they were sending out a new replacement to me ahead of hearing back from Cross, which I was delighted by. They even told me to keep the original to use in the future for parts.
The new pen arrived the following day and was perfect.
The customer service I received was excellent. I had shopped with them previously but now I will use them for all my pen needs.

Ordered a personalised pen as a leaving present for a colleague. It arrived quickly, but there were marks on the barrel. I contacted Pen Heaven with photos and received a very quick reply from Joe. All sorted with a replacement quickly. Super happy, and I will definitely be using them again.

I ordered 2 Kaweco Sports Fountains pens and 2 Sports Rollerball pens. They were delivered in super fast time, 2 days. I love them both, for the price the fountain pen is exceptional, smooth writing and is not at all messy. I had a problem fitting in a cartridge initially, even though I ordered compatible ones. A quick email and a speedy response (thanks Joe!) told me a cartridge was already in the bottom of the barrel! Duh! Once I removed this it fitted perfectly! Highly recommend

I ordered the Diplomat mechanical pencil as a gift for a friend. It’s a beautiful writing utensil! The shipment took some time to arrive (through no fault of Pen Heaven), so I contacted the company. I ordered some notebooks as a present and I required a logo on the notebook. The image I had wasn't perfect and I couldn't ask for another version, without ruining the surprise.

I needed a refill for my roller ball pen. I telephoned,

I ordered a beautiful pen to offer as a gift to my mum for Christmas and was anxiously waiting for it to arrive as I was supposed to fly to France where she lives. Days went by and I started to pay a bit more attention to the date as my trip was approaching. But my pen was still missing. I finally used the tracking number provided and saw it had already been delivered but ... to whom? I enquired about it to my neighbours, my flatmates but nothing. That's when I noticed, on the Royal mail website that apparently the postman did not completely pushed the small parcel through the letter trap in the door. Where was it? There was only one explanation: someone, seeing the parcel, stole it. I sent an desperate email to Pen Heaven explaining the situation and Joe, from the customer service, litteraly saved my Christmas. He assessed and understood immediately the situation then sent me another order with a before 1pm delivery the day after. And this time, I was there to receive it. So a big thank you, Joe. You rock guys! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
