Old school customer services
I cannot rate this company's customer service highly enough. In December last year I ordered four refills for my husband's Yoropen. When they came he popped the envelope (unopened) in a drawer. He is 79 and just a bit forgetful! Yesterday he brought out the refills and realised they were the wrong ones (this is now three months since we received them). Everyone makes mistakes. Contacted Pen Heaven by email and they kindly sent the correct refills (plus four extra, thank you!). They said not to bother returning the wrong ones. The replacement refills arrived today (less than 24 hours later). London to Ayrshire in less than a day. Impeccable customer service and kindness from Joe. No hesitation in recommending them.
