Washing machine fault
I have recently had a fault with my Hoover washing machine which is just over a year old.
I have paid extra for product support, which to be honest is a farce. Firstly it is almost impossible to get through to someone on the helpline to log the fault. I tried for well over an hour and kept getting cut off. I eventually managed to speak to someone to log the fault and was told I'd have to wait 7 days for an engineer. This service is totally diabolical, I am an engineer myself in the printer industry and if I supplied my customers with this kind of shoddy service it wouldn't be long until I had none left.
I will not be purchasing any item or service from this group of companies again .
