i ordered a few days ago keeps stating order initiated not heard anything regarding payment plan etc very frustrating

**WARNING _ SINCE WRITING THIS REVIEW, WE HAVE FOUND THEY ARE NOW IN ADMINISTRATION!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!****
We ordered a washer/dryer from Gimmitech on 28th April and received emailed notification of delivery within 2 - 5 days. We duely received calls first from Gimmi and then from the courier confirming delivery on Weds 8th May. My wife arranged a day off work to attend the delivery. She received a call that morning to confirm a delivery slot of between 2 - 5pm. She received a later call from the courier confirming that the delivery wasn't taking place, instructing her to call Gimmi to rearrange. Upon calling Gimmi, they couldn't tell us what had happened and instructed us to call the courier. We called the courier who - guess what - had no idea why the order hadn't taken place and referred us back to Gimmi. We have received an email telling us the order has been cancelled. I don't know why - we hadn't cancelled it. We've been trying to ring Gimmi during their advertised opening hours, but just get a message saying their offices are closed and to call between 9 - 5. We have been calling between these hours!! I've sent an email to Gimmi, but have had no response. I'm currently very worried about monies paid and the fact that we have no appliance, no seeming way of contacting Gimmi and loss of funds. I have left messages on their answering service......but have not had a reply.

I ordered from gimmi.co.uk on the 24th April and I am still waiting on my order I have called them about 6 times now and still no delivery date. I was not informed that they had shipped my order to Ireland or that there would be a delay until I called them. After I spoke to them on Monday they said I would RECEVE my order on Wednesday but nothing came on Wednesday so called them back and they said Friday so I called them this morning and they said it would be here by 6 pm so I called tnt and they said they have had nothing in my name or address on there system which quite annoyed me so I called gimmi.co.uk back they said that they could not track my order and its looking like its going to be next week now for a delivery. This item that I ordered was a birthday present and because of all the hassle and the time it took I missed his birthday. I am now thinking am I getting ripped off I only used this site because of its reviews but I would not recommend them now as of the length of time this has taking I would like to know will I ever RECEVE my order ??

I am having a nightmare just trying to get a delivery date !
I chose this company as they offer solutions for people in financial difficulty and fast delivery NO HASSLE ? !
NOT THE CASE !!!
Have been fully approved by pay break and been awaiting delivery ..........
NOTHING !!!
Not even an email or curtesy call !!!!!
Am highly disappointed with the service and would not recommend anyone too this company !!!!!
What happened too your excellent customer service , fast dispatch and all other so far empty promises for those in need of a trusted company ?

If you need credit on decent electrical goods and your credit rating is not perfect this is the place for you , no ridiculous apr interest , a good service great monthly payments with a few months before paying , I'm very happy

I wanted to get a laptop on a monthly payment scheme rather than pay the full wack just so I can get my credit score up and I would really notice x amount going out of my account so it makes no odd's to me. I absolutely love love loveeeeee my pink asus laptop its super sleek and pretty!!!!!!! The gimmitech team are great to speak to online or on the phone and very helpful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be doing business with them again and again and again !!!!!

I can honestly say that I did not think I would be able to afford a new computer after losing my late beloved partner, but Gimmitech and Paybreak made this all possible for me for which I am truly grateful. I found gimmitech via google and was drawn in by the site right away, gimmitech has loads of differant items from mp3 players to wide screen tv's. after picking what i wanted i chose to pay for my item monthly with nothing to pay for the first 3 months at first i thought mabe this was some kind of scam just because it was just to easy and my credit rating was not the best. But i couldnt have been more wrong i got my ipad within the 5 day period and im loving it. And the best thing is, is once youve made your first payment you can then buy something els from gimmitech.

Order an Xbox 360 after some late night internet browsing. I received my Xbox a week later and no have the hassle free payments i have to make back each month!

Used gimmitech for a purchase of a kitchen appliance. Excellent service and impeccable customer service. I will use gimmitech again. Wonderful. :-)
