Required Ensure drinks. Stocked and available and at the best price I could find. Delivered for free and within days. The whole experience could not have been any better.

Been using Gousto for nearly four years. Easy system to use and to manage via website/app. Good value - we have 3 meals for two in each order. Good variety and quality of ingredients. Very few issues with the content e.g. missing ingredient (less than once a year) and they are resolved asap. Never regretted getting involved and unlikely to change.

Ordered 5 items, 3 of the same and 2 of the same. All products arrived within about a week and are first class in terms of value and quality. The update emails re despatch/arrival came thick and fast the items were sent from 5 different locations and so 5 parcels arrived on different days; it was far from easy to keep up with what was ordered/delivered. This is a minor gripe and I guess shows that Slater's want to get the items to the customer ASAP no matter from where but nonetheless it was a tad irksome. Overall, a good customer experience and it would not put me off in future.

No pressure. Clear communication. Value for money. All timescales adhered to. Who could ask for better?

I can't review all of this company's service because I'll be dead when the final part commences! BUT from the first call to the last during the set-up phase, both the initial caller and the salesman, Neil Hovey were superb. They called when they said they would, answered all questions (verbal and email) and did their best to reassure. I cannot fault any aspect of the service or product and if you have a ouija board, I'll let you know how it all goes in many, many year's time.

Ordered Japanese Maple. Arrived well packaged, undamaged and within days. No issues at all with any part of the purchase.

Great product, sensitively sited and very quiet. Looks superb (I know it's a boiler but they can look impressive and this one does to my eye) and produces sufficient hot water to run two showers concurrently. The whole set up is first class and there was a noticeable drop in the gas bill after it was fitted.

Faultless. They had the exact Malt my connoisseur friend hinted that he'd appreciate as a Thank You!! Ordered late evening and I made an error so emailed them but they'd already readied it for dispatch so I rang them and a human being answered, fixed my mistake and emailed me at 1am (yes, 1 in the morning) to confirm that. I ordered the presentation box too and the recipient made particular mention of it when he rand today to express his appreciation. Very, very well done Master of Malt, a product and customer service that was second to none.

I have already separately rated the salesman and the surveyor on Trustpilot and both were first class. Now time to score the job itself; in essence, another five stars. The fitters were Glen and Brandon, the former the elder statesman and the latter his understudy. Both were superb, Glen's attention to detail and customer service was second to none and Brandon will follow in his footsteps. The product was just what we envisaged, excellent quality and looks brilliant, thanks in the main to the focus of each of the team above. The job, a large one, was planned to take five days and was done in four and a half. They attended punctually, started work straight away and put a shift in each day. They respected our house and tidied up before they left. Glen's been in the business for decades and it showed. He was a great ambassador for the company in his behaviour and ability. No regrets at all about choosing WPR, they've made the whole process painless end-to-end.

First encountered this company on 14 10 2021 with a cold call. Their rep was knowledgeable and low key. Good start. The sales exec called as planned at 3pm the same day and was spot on. BIG shout out to DAVE SMITH. We needed more time with him to discuss all aspects of the product, installation and cost. Dave returned 20 10 2021 as agreed and stayed another 2 1/2 hrs (we have 19 windows to replace and a specific design). Very high quality product, to be safely and properly fitted in Spring 2022, with a great price and finance options too. Surveyor phoned this morning as they said he would to diary a visit next for precise measuring. So far, this could not have gone any better. The fitters have quite a challenge to meet the service we have had already.

Easy site to navigate. Choosing trainers and size was straightforward. Great VFM. Shoes arrived on time and well packaged. No issues at all.

Can't fault any aspect of the purchase. Easily understood website. Straight forward ordering and payment. Yodel delivered on the date requested and at 0750hrs before the recipient left for work. Perfect. The flowers looked fantastic (photo sent to me once arranged in a vase) and the complimentary chokkies went down a treat.

New TV required as old one (not a Currys one) passed away after a very long life. Currys had a superb set and in the sale. Ordered on Tuesday evening, delivered Thursday morning. No aspect of the sale could have been any better, from web search to viewing, it was clear and efficient and Currys did exactly what they said they would. Nice one!!

Utility services provided are to an excellent standard and value. Annually, any gas or electric excesses are automatically credited to your account - no need to contact to ask the to. Calls for assistance are answered promptly and politely; the vast majority are resolved speedily there and then. Finally, the cashback card adds further savings, depending upon where you shop. Sainsbury's, Wilko and Boots are three we regularly use. We have been with UW for 10 years and see no need to move.

Faultless. Rang them. Described what I wanted and for what pond pump type. Guy knew it within seconds. Paid by credit card and the item arrived within a day or two. Emails confirmed the order and enabled me to track progress. It could not have been better. Second time I've used this company and the first was as good.

Needed a pond pump part. Success no. 1 was that Gordon was able to identify the exact part from my details of the pump and description of the piece itself. Great start! The part was delayed in so getting my money back was an early option but I declined that and said I would wait. After another fortnight I enquired again. No part available still. So Gordon's colleague removed the part from an existing and intact stocked pump and it was sent that day and arrived the following one (success no. 2). Superb!!

Been doing Gousto weekly since October 2018. Love it. I use the App to order and it works superbly. We really enjoy the recipes and the results are tasty meals that are reasonably easy to create. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
