Straight forward process.
Booking process and price paid for holiday both great. The link which was sent post booking to make up an online based account didn't work, so a slight level of frustration.

Ordered one day, delivered the next. Simple to design own card on the website and reasonably priced. Card is exactly as I wanted it and of a very high quality. Really impressed.

The converse where not as shown in the picture (wanted the old style of inner sole as was shown, but received shoes with the uncomfortable new plastic version). Having to pay for both delivery and return means I'm now nearly £10 down on a product which was not as advertised. Rubbish. Update 7/7/23. Have received a reply from USC saying that a member of their team is currently in touch with me to resolve the issue. No there isn't. Nobody has been in touch. As the shoes have been returned and refunded, there's nothing to resolve...unless USC are going to make a goodwill gesture of refunding delivery and return charges.

Mazuma offered £90 for my iPhone 8, so I sent it off. They've just sent me a message claiming the phone has deep scratches on the screen, so amended their offer to £30. There were no scratches when I sent it off - I know this because the phone had only very recently had a screen replacement and had hardly been used since. The new screen was unmarked, never mind scratched. The phone was very well packaged (original box, padding and bag) when I sent it, so I dread to think what they've been up to with it. Heaven knows how long I'll be waiting for it to be returned. Something is not right and, judging from other recent reviews, this is a company best avoided.

Our ordering experience was really good from start to finish. Lee gave us space to consider our choices, was really informative and made doubly sure we were happy before we committed to our purchase. The best thing was that there was absolutely zero "sales pressure" at all, the complete opposite in fact. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Really quick delivery and good, competitive prices. Quality of the Michael Kors bag I received is not as expected (slightly wonky badge), but that's not the fault of fashionette. Some quality control at their end might be in order however.

We ordered a washer/dryer from Gimmitech on 28th April and received emailed notification of delivery within 2 - 5 days. We duely received calls first from Gimmi and then from the courier confirming delivery on Weds 8th May. My wife arranged a day off work to attend the delivery. She received a call that morning to confirm a delivery slot of between 2 - 5pm. She received a later call from the courier confirming that the delivery wasn't taking place, instructing her to call Gimmi to rearrange. Upon calling Gimmi, they couldn't tell us what had happened and instructed us to call the courier. We called the courier who - guess what - had no idea why the order hadn't taken place and referred us back to Gimmi. We have received an email telling us the order has been cancelled. I don't know why - we hadn't cancelled it. We've been trying to ring Gimmi during their advertised opening hours, but just get a message saying their offices are closed and to call between 9 - 5. We have been calling between these hours!! I've sent an email to Gimmi, but have had no response. I'm currently very worried about monies paid and the fact that we have no appliance, no seeming way of contacting Gimmi and loss of funds. I have left messages on their answering service......but have not had a reply.

Great service. The prices offered for my phone were more than any comparable website and the instructions for the whole transaction were clear and easy to follow. The cheque for my phone came within a couple of days of me sending it in. Highly recommended.
