Ease of ordering all the way to the item.arriving at my home was excellent, I was kept updated at every step.

Hadn't heard of NFC until yesterday, we were in Abbotsinch Paisley with the intention of buying a new sofa from a rival, dropped into NFC to have a look, we were greeted at the entrance but allowed to view the products in our own which is refreshing, no hard sell.
When we did find a sofa we were interested in George O'Hara one of the sales staff helped us and was very knowledgeable about the products and was a fantastic ambassador for the company and he genuinely seemed to love his job despite his funny face mask. I'd highly recommend NCF and would definitely shop there again. Just waiting on delivery now, thank you.

Lie 2. Couldn't gain access
Does this sound familiar, had the same problems last week to but the lie went deeper than that, they actually went one further and said item had been delivered.

I'll never use another online company that uses YODEL, I'm done, had it with them, going to go back to the high street shopping it's much less stressful than depending on YODEL.

Excellent product, excellent company, excellent first class service.
