Thankyou Mersey raw - amazing

We have recently moved our 3 spaniels to Mersey raw from another raw food provider. We are so impressed with the food and the quality of the delivery service. Our dogs absolutely love it and they look in fab condition. We are fairly new to raw feeding and have found their customer service to be absolutely amazing. Always prompt responses to any advice needed or queries about orders. Highly recommend.

Horrified by the delivery service

First delivery of raw food came defrosted. We were informed they would redeliver two days later and collect defrosted meat. The day came and no order arrived. I spoke to them again and was told that the label had fallen off the parcel and it would not arrive until Wednesday. The next day a perfectly labelled parcel arrived. No idea if it was defrosted but suspect so. The driver had not been advised that he was collecting the first order. We refused delivery of this order. Fast forward a week - the rotting meat in bags has burst. Our bin is filled with a hideous smell of rotting flesh, maggots and flies. My husband is currently trying to burn everything in the garden and wash out the bin. Absolute disgrace!

I love receiving the lookiero boxes each month. The clothes are fabulous and much better than I would choose at the shop.

Rescue is the best breed…thankyou dogs trust

We were devastated to lose our elderly rescue last September, as was our rescue flatcoat. We approached the dogs trust and were so impressed by their care to match the correct dog to our family. We visited one dog who was sadly not a good match with ours. The staff were amazing and suggested we meet Wesley. Tammy loved him as did we. They were careful to explain his lack of training, lively nature, pulling on the lead and were on hand by phone to support if necessary. He has certainly has settled in and is an extremely mischievous but fun young man. Tammy has a new lease of life. Thankyou for helping to make our family complete again xx

Thankyou dogs trust leeds

After losing our older rescue dog we needed to find a new brother for our younger rescue. Everyone at dogs trust leeds was amazing in matching us with the perfect dog. Whilst ensuring the dogs in their care are rehomed correctly the feelings of our existing dog were equally important. We already adore our new addition.
