Horrendous service, parcel smashed too pieces

Horrendous service ,
would leave zero stars if I could !
My parcel looks like it’s been demolished and had fragile tape on it as it contained glass ( which was smashed too pieces inside ) and Hermes response was too apologise for my parcel not arriving even though I attached photos of the damaged parcel ?!? It did arrive just in an appalling state !
Customer service useless !!!
Wish I could attach pictures too this review as it is appalling !

Hello, I'm really sorry to read that your parcel arrived damaged. We successfully deliver millions of parcels each year, every parcel travels through miles of conveyor belts and lots of vehicles so occasionally parcels can be damaged. If your parcel is from a retailer, please get in touch with them directly, they'll be able to help with a replacement or refund if needed. Take care, Safeena

Fantastic customer service!

Fantastic customer service!
I had a few faulty items and had a wonderful customer service agent named Cyrill who was really friendly and very helpful and replaced the items for me with no problem whatsoever.
Couldn’t recommend more !
And their clothes are soooo lovely !

Terrible service !!!

I am having a nightmare just trying to get a delivery date !
I chose this company as they offer solutions for people in financial difficulty and fast delivery NO HASSLE ? !
NOT THE CASE !!!
Have been fully approved by pay break and been awaiting delivery ..........
NOTHING !!!
Not even an email or curtesy call !!!!!
Am highly disappointed with the service and would not recommend anyone too this company !!!!!
What happened too your excellent customer service , fast dispatch and all other so far empty promises for those in need of a trusted company ?

Please accept our sincere apologies for this delay. Unfortunately the Toshiba 46in 3D, LED, smart TV you purchased is out of stock, we had been promised further deliveries of this product.

Sadly on this occasion we've been let down by our supplier on more than one occasion and have been unable to fulfill this order. Due to the high spec of this product and incredibly low pricing, we have been unable to source an alternative from anywhere.

Your order has now been closed and the credit agreement with Paybreak.com has been cancelled, no funds will be taken from your account.
