Why won’t Facebook help us we are getting trolled police won’t help eilther will Facebook don’t know what to do and Facebook wont even reply to my cry for help. Know ones safe on it can anyone help me ???

Only giving 1 star since zero stars not an option. I have been with coop insurance for years and now cause of the Coronavirus I have been TEMPORARY laid off and can’t afford my insurance. They have now cancelled my policy and said they are not allowed to extend it for 2 weeks till I get money. My partner with admiral and they had no issue extending his avoid this company at all costs in a time of need the flung me to the kerb.

My partner and I are frequently flying with ryanair and never had an issue but unfortunately same can't be said about our up and coming flight on Wednesday unfortunately our flights were cancelled so the airport and dates of our holiday were changed we accepted this I then contact Ryanair live chat to see about a fr fund for our travel expenses to an airport 40 miles away there is 8 of us going that's two cars at £40 per car for the week plus our petrol works in around an expense of £120 the man on the online chat said you can fill out a reclaim form or he could just let us all sit together on the plane so we were happy to just sit together on the plane instead of going trough all the rigmarole of filling out forms and waiting 14 days for a refund. The man on the online chat said to check in and click random allocation then gave me a number to phone so the person could get the details and change the seats. Once I phoned this number I was speaking to a woman who told me this was not possible and said it would be £13 per person to sit togeather as they don't give out FREE seats I explained our situation to the woman that we didn't want a refund as we were advised we could sit togeather the money we could claim back would more than cover the £13 per person for a seat she then puts me on hold and I spoke to her manager and explains the situation to him who then said it would of been possible if I didn't check in and click random allocation I then explain to him that I was advised to do this by one of his colleagues to the man replying that's not my problem and saying I was to fill a form out and expect a response in 7 days I then tell him we'll be on holiday by then and my issue would still not be resolved he replied with that's the way it work contact customer service then hung up this angered me a bit as if they had never offered us to sit togeather I wouldn't be having this rant we were told this was possible otherwise we would of picked our seats anyway this experience has sickened me of Ryanair and doubt we will use them again. After all it's not our fault our flight was cancelled in the first place

I ordered from gimmi.co.uk on the 24th April and I am still waiting on my order I have called them about 6 times now and still no delivery date. I was not informed that they had shipped my order to Ireland or that there would be a delay until I called them. After I spoke to them on Monday they said I would RECEVE my order on Wednesday but nothing came on Wednesday so called them back and they said Friday so I called them this morning and they said it would be here by 6 pm so I called tnt and they said they have had nothing in my name or address on there system which quite annoyed me so I called gimmi.co.uk back they said that they could not track my order and its looking like its going to be next week now for a delivery. This item that I ordered was a birthday present and because of all the hassle and the time it took I missed his birthday. I am now thinking am I getting ripped off I only used this site because of its reviews but I would not recommend them now as of the length of time this has taking I would like to know will I ever RECEVE my order ??
