I've used Merchant City Music a couple of times and Peter has been so immensely helpful on both occasions.
Swift response to queries and always available to offer sound advice when it comes to purchasing a new instrument. (My son is a left handed guitar player - and I was struggling to find a reasonably priced acoustic for practice.)

Bunch of absolute rob dogs! Despicable company that charge for small administrative changes to check in.
Absolute scum! No warning on the website to highlight a small change will incur a £50 charge. Daylight robbery!
Do yourself a favour - use a smaller more personable company. Don’t waste your time with them!
Quite literally the most appalling customer service.
I have spent literally thousands with this company over the years. Never EVER again!

Whilst we would be unable to disclose why this amendment fee was added, as you are not the lead passenger- we can confirm that amendment fees are charged when something is physically changed on a customer's booking, and no longer shows as it may have done originally.

He's very busy because he is so good.
I've been using Adrian's services for 3 years now and the peace of mind I have when he's looking after my dog is invaluable. Just recently my dog had leg surgery and Adrian's support throughout meant that I could go to work knowing that Charlie was in safe hands.
