Great service, very helpful staff.
only negative I can find is that thier for sale boards are too dark compared to other agency boards, especially if placed up high or against a dark background

Gym is very dark and feels enclosed with very limited space in changing room and only 2 showers. On the plus side a good variety of equipment

Took thier recommendation for solicitors to use, paid a premium for service which turned out to be absolutely useless. I have bought over 12 houses and none have taken this long. They then refused me the keys even when I confirmed completion had occurred. I lost a day's work and a contractor appointment as a result. Sorry won't be using them again

Thank you for your review John. As you are an experienced property buyer you will accept that we can only release keys once the vendors solicitors gives us this authority. Our team did contact the vendors solicitors 6 times on the day of completion finally getting the key release. The process of completion is something we can only chase. My apologies for delays on completion day but as you are probably are aware this was out of our control.

I had a leak of water on top floor of 3 story house. Home Emergency cover for which I paid extra said "turn off water at main stopcock" that was all they did. Damage caused by leak was surveyed and photographed by 3 surveyors. It took over a week to deliver a dehumidifier. Damage to one room ceiling took over 6 weeks to repair ( smallest bedroom in house). Water damage to carpets still not complete over 3 months later. Seriously must be worst insurance company to deal with no empathy or proper management of work to be done.

i have used Black circles.com for a few years now and find the information on road noise ,fuel economy etc, is a major plus together with a wide choice of tyres to suit my price range. i have used the local fitting service and cannot fault them , will be using them again when needed and recpmmend them to family and friends
