I recently ordered a bottle of champagne with glasses for my clients and I could not be more impressed. The ability to create a personalised label made it feel incredibly thoughtful and elevated, which is exactly what I look for when sending gifts on behalf of my couples.

The customer service was excellent. I needed help with a couple of details before dispatch and the response was quick, helpful and solution-focused. Nothing felt like too much trouble

It felt premium, considered and worthy of the occasion. I will absolutely be using them again and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a quality personalised gift.

Lazy as hell

I was literally standing in the kitchen when the van arrived. Didn't even both to knock. Just left the Parnell on the floor and when I opened the door to say are you not even going to bother to knock he came back to take a photo of me with the delivery. You are an absolute lazy bunch of people. Obviously paid per delivery but if you can that delivering a parcel you are wrong. Thats leaving a parcel not delivering one.

Horrific

Horrific. Contacted to arrange a return. Got a call from customer services to get item sent back that was not fit for purpose, not a small item but a 4.7 meter gazebo. Got a call on Saturday 26th August to say that someone will call me to arrange collection. Come Thursday 31st spend 40 minutes on the phone trying o arrange collection that I had to chase, to find that my first customer services contact had NOT followed any of the correct procedures and left me with no collection order. Second caller then arranged for delivery for 1st September (another hour wasted) I had family around at the weekend and so having two very large boxes in my hallway awaiting collection, was not ideal) They didn't even bother collecting and when they eventually collected on the Monday 4th September, I was told that they had only been booked for Monday, so there was no intention of getting this collected, I imagine after being on the phone with me for an hour they just wanted to get shot of me. Absolute shocking customer services and a crap product. First time I have ever ordered from Robert Dyas and last time I ever do. I suggest you stick to paper and staples

Used to be good but very bland now

Used to be good before the knot takeover, but now very over saturated and overpriced and can't even keep up now on how manages my account, no longer get any emails askin me how things are, like they know what the answer will be! Leads are auto generated now when you choose any other supplier, so they are mostly uninterested couples in your business. Paid more this year than ever before for the subscription and getting less enquiries in general.

Nice and easy

I didn't get to see the flowers however the whole Buying process was very easy and it was so lovely to have had received a text to let me know that not only has it left the shop also it said it was delivered. Always a great reassurance, and my bride did email me to say how lovely the flowers were.

The most important thing for me was that I managed to get a same-day delivery that many were not offering which is what was needed.

Roller Banner

I needed a roller banner in a very short time frame for a wedding fair I signed up for. They turned an extra large banner around for me in less than 24 hours and the quality was fantastic. Over the moon. Thanks guys.
