When out for delivery is it ???!!

Received an email and text this morning 16th March informing me a parcel I was expecting was to be delivered between 08.00 and 20.00. I changed my plans and waited no parcel!. Tried to contact Customer Service and speak to a human being but that proved impossible, best I could do was to send and receive pointless texts. Then at 17.00 received an email telling me the parcel would be now delivered tomorrow 17th. Wasted a day waiting do you really think DHL that people have nothing better to do then wait for a knock on the door which doesn’t come!!!. Customer Service is king some companies can do it others struggle at best!!!.

Quality check essential

Waited for new windscreen to be fitted at company premises. No chance to inspect new screen as car parked outside in rain. Driving home the screen was making a creaking noise. At home checked the repair. Both side trims had been damaged and bonder left on screen. Contacted branch and informed. New trims to fitted this week. The creaking I was informed was the bonder requiring 4/5 days to set. I have not driven the vehicle since and have given time for adhesive to set.
I await to see if the noise has stopped when I drive it again. Customer Service advised.

We're arranging for new trims to be fitted this week, and we hope the noise will stop after the adhesive sets. Customer service has been advised.

Ordered kitchen work tops for delivery but covered in paint

Ordered kitchen work tops for delivery. Driver arrived covered in paint with the back of his van swimming in white emulsion .A large container of white paint had been crushed by paving slabs covered the worktops. Unable to take delivery because of the accident it was scheduled again for today with a time slot of 11.00 to 15.00. Waited in all day but no delivery. Called the delivery company the driver had van issues so waiting for this fiasco to be sorted. Thought I was getting reasonable priced worktops but all the hassle is not worth it. The service and delivery have not been fit for purpose. Poor show all those involved.

On line problem help poor and lacking!

Purchased a ceramic hob online picked it up today. Item was well boxed showing no sign of damage. At home opened up and immediately could see shards of glass in between the polystyrene packaging. Did not unpack further as glass falling out.
The online help for problems is not fit for purpose and extremely disappointing. After a frustrating email conversation the outcome was to travel again to Currys and go through a replacement process. The one saving grace was that Customer Services who dealt with this fiasco was very good. My learning from this always unpack the item in store and check if possible.!

Second parcel in a week with an issue

Second parcel in a week with an issue, this one damaged a metal door security bolt whilst in transit.
Parcel now held with no more info.
Tracking number enclosed please investigate why and how pls!

Out for delivery x 3 failed to happen! Still waiting!

Ordered kitchen seals with a next day delivery in the title. Original expected delivery date was Wed 27th / Thursday 28th. No delivery on these dates then Evri emailed to say delivery was to be Friday 29th, delivery failed to happen. Further delivery date given Saturday 30th failed to happen. Further delivery date given Sunday 31st failed again. Worst service I have experienced!

Quite simply you cannot rely on delivery

Quite simply you cannot rely on delivery from this company. Booked a one tonne delivery over a week ago. It was written on the order that it was first delivery of the day. Yesterday again called and it was confirmed delivery was first drop today.
No delivery has been made and after calling was told it was out for delivery but quite frankly that means nothing as I have been told that before from Kellaway with nothing turning up.
I have asked for the Manager to call me and await that call.
Kellaway I have one important suggestion, do not confirm if you cannot deliver as trust gets eroded and in the end customers move on to find a more reliable service.

All good for home delivery

Delivery of paving blocks and aggregate yesterday. Arrived as advised first thing. Driver very helpful all in all a very good experience. Nothing to fault yesterday at all. A follow up call to check all was ok too.

Back to one star again unfortunately!

Back to one star again unfortunately! phwww!
Booked a home delivery 10 days ago for 6 tonnes of aggregate. Called to check two days ago delivery was going ahead, told it was the third drop on Monday 12th. Called again today Monday12th to check and was told it would be a couple of hours.
Received a call from company late that afternoon to say no delivery would be possible and would have to be the next day. Multiple times it was confirmed that delivery was going ahead but failed even though I’m only a couple of miles from branch.
This is the second time recently that delivery has failed, another wasted day waiting and a compactor on hire costing.
Once is unfortunate twice within a short time frame is a real issue which needs addressing at the root cause!
A further delivery is booked for paving blocks in a weeks time, I hold my breath in anticipation!!!

Disappointed customer (again)!

Last time I used Kellaway it was not a good experience this time was much better. Communication was accurate and timely. Driver was great and very helpful. Pleased I tried a second time and will use again.

Customer Service is all.

Booked a home delivery a week ago and was called the next morning to confirm delivery, I chose Monday.
That gave a clear week to get the delivery to me with no issues, how wrong I was !
Taking a day off work and booking a builder for the following day after delivery I was all set.
Late afternoon no sign of delivery on the agreed day so I called and was told the driver was on deliveries and they would call me when more info.
Got the call late afternoon only to be told delivery would be the following day.
A day off work wasted, I had to call to find out why no show, I would have expected a weeks notice is ample time to arrange a drop delivery. Customer Service is everything today,poor show Kellaway.
A disappointed customer.

Tracking was not kept accurately…

Tracking was not kept accurately updated.
I was informed the item was to be delivered yesterday, this never happened (screen shot taken). Customer Service is paramount and was sadly lacking this time.

Car insurance made easy at last!!

Hi,
Car insurance can be time consuming and a minefield at times.
I’m pleased to say this renewal was straight forward with no issues.
Easy website and good portal after purchasing.
Let’s face it a good percentage shop around now as some sizeable savings can be made and this was no exception.
Unfortunately loyalty does not seem to be rewarded when your renewal comes through something I still do not understand why not then we end up back Online each year.
Hopefully this insurer will renew at a competitive rate and I would be happy to stay with them again due to the good service.
4 stars this year, 5 next if they read the review and are competitive.

Great Service

Replaced a couple of tyres at Dexel Lincoln no issues and sorted tracking at reasonable extra cost.
This is an easy way to sort tyres and COVID was good too.
Have used before and will again.

Easy buy and speedy delivery well done. Would have given 5 stars but disappointed when a charge was levied for using PayPal. Come on Appliance Direct others others don't charge for this service.
