Ordered a personalised pen as a leaving present for a colleague. It arrived quickly, but there were marks on the barrel. I contacted Pen Heaven with photos and received a very quick reply from Joe. All sorted with a replacement quickly. Super happy, and I will definitely be using them again.

We used Parcel Force to deliver one of our larger items as our current carrier does not accept parcels of this size. We have previously used PF through a 3rd party and had a number of issues so decided to give PF a try directly and I'm pleased to say that everything went smoothly, there were no problems. The collection driver was friendly and collected within the timeframe I requested, the parcel was delivered within the timescale advised upon booking. The only issue we had was the price to send a much smaller parcel in addition to the larger parcel was really high, so we chose to send the 2nd parcel with our existing carrier - and it worked out much more cost effective.

Ordering was quick and easy and the delivery was fine. The mug boxes arent as well structured as those we had previously and don't seem to offer as much protection once assembled. The larger boxes are of the same quality as we had before so happy with those. They were wrapped so that the top and bottom one were squashed and unusable though. Will order again when needed and see if this is just a one-off as all previous orders have been spot on.
