I love the clothes. Disappointed that my local store sit down. Dislike having to order online then needing a different size and wasting all that money on p&p and losing the postage fee when returning. Discourages me from ordering again on line which is a shame.

I only go to the fitness classes in the studio rather than use the actual gym. The instructors are fantastic and classes are so motivational with the music and varied routines. My only negative comment would be that the studio floor gets very dirty and dusty at times and could maybe do with a more regular cleaning regime.

Our team do our very best to provide a wide range of classes, so that members have a variety of ways to workout and also do so, in a short amount of time, as we understand some members are crunched for time or just prefer short effective workouts.
