There was no pressure sales & you were…

There was no pressure sales & you were not followed around the store. Arron introduced himself then left us to look at the furniture. He was there to answer our queries & we were able to have a joke with him. A relaxing furniture buying experience.
After looking in other stores & being hounded as soon as you stepped in our decision to return to NCF Living was a no brainer. Thank you

I placed the order & apart from having the order confirmation I have had absolutely no communication from you. Considering delivery was specifically stated as 2-5 days... nothing. Very poor

Radiator turned up in a wet damaged box…

Radiator turned up in a wet damaged box but the delivery driver was not prepared to wait for inspection. Unfortunately the radiator has 3 dents so not happy with the goods
