Reliable delivery when Evri is not used…

Reliable delivery when Evri is not used to deliver the products. The pouches are supposed to be resealable. Still waiting on something that is actually resealable as once its opened that's it, you can never reseal them again. Whole order came in one package this time instead of multiple like the last.

The parcel has been delivered to an…

The parcel has been delivered to an unknown address (proof of delivery is the inside of a wheelie bin) mine are locked away in the back garden. I have tried to fill out the claim form but error messages every time when it comes to submitting the form.

Good atmosphere but feels tight when it…

Good atmosphere but feels tight when it picks up and not even at peak times. Cleanliness could be a lot better, lots of mess around the gym (empty bottles, spills etc) not cleaned and the equipment itself is never wiped down. Changing rooms are very small and generally not clean enough. Your workouts can be interrupted by classes setup outside of the studio so be aware of these

Needs to be bigger

Nice atmosphere, great choice of equipment but not enough of it. The size of the gym is small for the amount of people trying to use it, pretty full even before 6 am. Changing areas are also small and can be cramped. Staff are friendly and overall the gym is clean and tidy

Please be aware due to the situation of our gyms it isn't always possible to extend the site itself, however, we are always looking to expand and improve our facilities where possible, so please keep an eye out for updates. If you have any specific suggestions regarding the layout of the gym please approach the Gym Manager or leave a note in the feedback box, which is regularly reviewed.

First delivery was left literally in…

First delivery was left literally in the gutter! They even sent me the picture of where to find it. Two more orders were made through a third party and they just have not arrived 9 days later even though I paid for priority shipping. No updates other than blaming the weather five days previously. Can only communicate with a bot, I am avoiding companies using Evri as a delivery service because they cannot be trusted.

What I like and most is the fact that…

What I like and most is the fact that you can upload documents remotely with an app, no fuss and hastle free with the eway app. No trips to see your conveyancer at unwanted times. The reason for the rating is that it is almost impossible at times to contact your conveyancer, when you do information is sparce and not always upto date. You get hounded with tasks to complete through the app and constant calls and reminders to complete them but if you need updates then it falls on deaf ears. I was told on more than one occasion I would receive a phone call from my coveyancer but it never materialised. My conveyancer even went on holiday for a week without letting me know and I was waiting for important updates on my house conpletion. If I knew I would have contacted the office directly and not wait around for updates that are not coming my way. I would not work with or recommend Premier Property Lawyers in anyway from my experince. If you like convenience then yes, good customer service and in the know and upto date then no.

First experience selling a house

Honest, experienced feedback. Any questions were answered quickly and even on bank holidays. Helpful in anyway possible and I would trust working with them again in the future without question. Everything arranged for me and everyone I've spoken to in regards to to the sale of my property has been fantastic.
