What a fantastic service , Marc Granger was so compassionate to my situation and went out of his way to help and reassure me . Can't thank him enough and would totally recommend.

Con artists and thieves!!!

My mother 84 and with dementia looking after my terminally ill father phoned this company for help after there gas fire blew up , they were told by the lady on the phone that there was a call out fee for them to come and assess what had happened but she would charge her £50 for a half hour appointment , my mother gave her card details , on hanging up the phone flames shot out of the fire ( that wasn’t on) so very scared phoned her daughter who managed to get a qualified to friend to get round there urgently , my mother then phoned plumbing force back to cancel the appointment to be told they will be billing her £100 now , wouldn’t listen to an elderly upset lady asking why , getting no where call ended only for plumbing force to phone back and say because she cancelled IN UNDER 24 HOURS they were going to charge her £118.00 which they had already done !
So it would seem that this company get your bank details and charge what they want , have caused a lot of upset to my parents with the totally immoral actions they use and are point blank refusing to reimburse the money .
Turns out the fire was actually releasing carbon monoxide and the engineer was surprised they were even alive , has had to condemn the boiler and now we are all trying to sort out everything to stop my parents worrying as they have no gas or heating for my father at the moment so I hope your proud of your actions plumbing force , 😡😡😡😡😡😡
And in reply to your answer the lady told my mum it was an hour call out but she would only charge her for a half hour call out at £50 to see what has happened , and my husband has sent in an e mail regarding this after being told that’s the only way you sort it out and is still waiting for a reply . And she cancelled the call out within half an hour of the booking due to flames coming out of a fire that was turned off !!!! So we will see what the ombudsman has to say because looking at the reviews 1 star as they are the real reviews this is common practise with your company ripping people off . Check the call and listen to your operater saying she would only charge £50 for a half hour call out cause you obviously don’t know what your telesales people are saying to people !

Awful site that won't pay out winnings

I have £300 in my account to withdraw, I have already withdrawn before but they want proof, then more proof, then the proof I sent is not acceptable, so more proof, 2 weeks have now passed, over 30 e mails and now being completely ignored, I have put a complaint in via the site, ignored, I have sent messages on facebook, ignored, account is locked so I can't even access the account to see what is happening and no way of withdrawing my money, I am fuming, a bunch if con men, do not use this site as they will happily take your money but won't pay out 🤬🤬🤬

So seeing as my e mails are being ignored and not responded to I thought perhaps if I wrote a comment on here I may finally get an answer as to when you are going to pay out my withdrawal. You state within 24 hours, you have always done that before but this time it has now been 4 days. I have no problem waiting for it but it would be nice to have a reply telling me when I can expect it

Hidden costs and no help ! Again another company all about the money and not the customer !

Got maths and English for my son to do as he is home schooled and we felt these were the most important exams to get , paid about £800.00 + for the 2 exams , tutor answered all questions when asked , however when we came to book the exams we were given 2 numbers to phone for exam centres , contacted our nearest one , they never returned our calls so we missed the summer slot , we were told November for next sitting , we agreed to this they asked for more information we gave it to them again no correspondence for weeks despite chasing them , finally get a reply and told they want another £500 + for him to sit the two exams . Make sure you get all the information as this cost was never explained to us and so we have wasted £800 as he will not be sitting his exams now as can't afford that cost 😔
In response to your reply you gave we did not independently choose the exam centre your company gave us the numbers and told us to sort it out ourselves ,and I still have the e mails to prove this is the case so be very careful in your accusations ,your own website even states that you will organise the sitting of the exam , something I was led to believe was that you sorted it all out for us from start to finish so no I won't change my stars , infact just for the damn right rude reply I would remove another star and advise anyone to think very carefully before using your service !

We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with an exam centre that you independently chose. We are not affiliated with, or responsible for any service that you experienced.

We also do not offer November exams for IGCSE English and Maths, as the Edexcel exams are only available in January and May/June.

Our website (one of the few providers to do so) highlights the additional costs of exams at the point of enrolment. In addition it provides more information about examinations that any of our competitors. We provide students with all the information they need to make informed decisions.

All about the money not the pets 😠

Having paid £80 a month for nearly 4 years and only claiming once , keeping up checks on dogs , injections , etc .... My dog has broken her tooth and needs it removed but petplan are refusing to pay because we didn't have a dental check done every year , even though when she goes in they have a general health check which includes the teeth and there has never been a problem to get fixed . Complete rip off company , all about the money and not about the animals , will be cancelling our policie with immediate effect , sad as I always had good stuff to say about pet plan but not any more 😠

It is particularly odd that a claim for dental would be declined if your pet has been having regular visits to the vets for vaccinations or health checks. Can we please ask you to send an email to social@petplan.co.uk with your DOB, the first line and postcode of your address and the name and breed of your pet and we can try to help by checking the details of the claim and if there is a way in which we can request a reassessment.
