Excellent service from initial phone call (using our Home Care Contract) to the visits by the engineer, who was very thorough, efficient, helpful and friendly. Job completed very much to our satisfaction.

Superb Knowledgeable, Friendly Staff

We visited the Bournemouth store in March. The welcome and service we received was outstanding from both ladies. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. We have since needed to clarify quite a few points by telephone (as we do not live locally). Yet again, receiving excellent, friendly and very clear concise service. We have now placed an order.
