I'm afraid your details do not match the account holder's.

I can see that whilst a review was left, Customer Services were not contacted to make us aware of this issue, so we did not have the opportunity to investigate for the account holder?

Going forward if they do experience issues with orders if they could please keep Customer Services in the loop, we can be reached via the 'Contact Us' form onsite.

Please advise the account holder the above and that we have emailed them this morning as they haven't reached out to us directly.
