4 months with no windscreen but they…

4 months with no windscreen but they happily took my money, ridiculous, sent email after email to customer service 4 times and got **** all reply. Avoid at all costs. Total and utter scam, terrible customer service, nobody knows their **** from their elbow. So having to take them to the FOS now

Yet another shockingly poor service

Yet another shockingly poor service. I wouldn't reccomend these at all. 4 month wait currently for my windscreen to be fixed, no response to any of my complaints so I've had to go to the FOS. Get told one thing then another then another. Circus.


In response to your reply, perhaps someone might actually respond to my 3 previous emails I've sent? Just a thought.

Really wouldn't bother if you need a…

Really wouldn't bother if you need a windscreen replaced. First they booked me in for the wrong windscreen, 2 months later its still not been replaced, was told it was ready to be booked in and then the next day it was still in China. First and LAST time I will ever use autoglass



Update being 06 April and still no windscreen. I swear this is actually a scam. Avoid at all costs

No ability to tick partial wheelchair…

No ability to tick partial wheelchair user, haven't been able to get in touch with anyone to book an induction because I am a partial wheelchair user so currently I've had a gym membership for nearly a week and haven't been able to use it. I've already cancelled my direct debit,

Could you please get in touch directly with your local gym staff and they can assist you with adding disabled access onto your account and show you on safe usage on the easy access doors. Thanks, PureGym.
