5 stars for the service and workmanship of John Millen. He was puncual, polite and really good at articulating technical issues in a way i could understand. He did a really neat job of replacing a pump and installing pipe work upto current standards. Left no mess at all! Just a bit pricey or would be 5 stars.

Fantastic Service
Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish from Ross Bown. Our boiler stopped working and Ross came out the very next day to fit a brand new boiler for us. He was professional, friendly, punctual, and explained everything clearly throughout the job. The installation was completed to a very high standard and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and efficient these days. We’re extremely happy with the new boiler and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing boiler work done. Thank you again for such a quick and excellent service!

Recommended (external waste pipe repair)
Simply great! The manager Charlotte was easy to talk to, helpful and flexible. The plumber who attended the work has been in contact to confirm when he will arrive, available, explaining openly the issue and what needed to be done.
Prompt availability and response from the company, 12 months guarantee peace of mind.

Ok 2 things I am unhappy I gave the…
Ok 2 things I am unhappy about I gave the plumber Elliot 2 lengths of 15mm copper pipe where is the discount on my bill? So basically I have given you more profit, robbers also just looked at your website page, fix it once, fix it right-with 0800homefix, not a chance Elliot now tells me he knocked £40.00 off the bill for the 2 lengths of 15mm copper pipe I handed to him, so why not mention that at the time? but when I asked him about the invoice it say's pipe work he said that was the work he completed and not the pipe I gave him, and as far as, fix it once not true, he still left me with the leak, yes he said he would leave me with the leak, and again he ripped me off to the tune of £120.00 plus vat by going off the job for an hour to get materials and the road works held held him up, I don't know of any roadworks locally I am 5 minutes from Toolstation and Selco is practically next door to toolstation use this company at your peril, and the quote was £515.00 how did it become £738.00. Please note this review can easily be removed by myself if you want to revisit what I was charged. Looks like the review stays as they don't agree.

If I could give Lee 10 stars I would! He was very professional highly skilled and really nice guy. After a very stressful week with water dripping through the ceiling and visits from two previous plumbers who said they couldn’t help it was beyond reassuring to have someone who clearly knew what he was doing and had such a can do attitude. Very grateful and satisfied customer 👍🏻😊
