Elliott was great - communication was clear and he resolved our problem quickly and efficiently.

Darren and Charlie did a great job! All carried out very quickly and professionally.

Elliot was professional, punctual, and took the time to investigate each issue. The replacement basin mixer tap was fitted neatly and is now working perfectly. The downstairs toilet issue was also resolved, and everything is functioning as it should.
They also checked the shower pump, explained their findings clearly, and gave honest advice about it without any pressure. Overall, the service was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I'm very happy with the work carried out and would happily recommend them to others.

We had a problem with soil stack little leaking where it connects from loft.
Elliot came in and able to spot where the leak is from. As a temporary fix he sealed the leak using bathroom window where he could able to access closer to the leak. He is efficient, professional and helpful to sort it out. Thank you Elliot.

Company responded very promptly to my call regarding a potential leak in my Southampton property. Oly and Henry attended and diagnosed a leak between the meter and stopcock. We booked them for the following week. Remedial work involved running a new supply pipe to the house. An additional team attended to operate an underground “mole” which tunnelled under the garden to allow the team to pull though a new pipe. This meant no trenches dug through the garden. Oly, Henry and the “mole” team were excellent with timely explanations and updates as well as great work.
Highly recommended.

Daniel came to our house this evening. He kept me informed as to progress and when he was stuck in traffic, kept me posted, We had agreed a Same day Service, and Daniel stuck to that arriving at 20.30 and leaving at 21.15. He clearly knew what he was doing, he even laughed at my Joke! He was Polite and took his shoes off when walking on carpet. We would recommend him

Came out to assess leak which i highly suspected was from my shower but i had already dismantled it to take a look. Plumber said couldnt assess if that was where the leak was because i had already dismantled it but checked other appliances (bath, sink etc). Refitted my shower arm and told me to monitor. I used bath for 2 weeks no issues, then used overhead shower and leak got much worse. Rang the company and spoke to a friendly man who said as they had refitted the shower arm they might be able to fix it for free....then got passed to a woman who spoke to the plumber and said he had told me and i had signed a form to say it would be £950 + vat to do a trace and leak! yes he had told me but only when he wasnt sure where the leak was from.....i was certain it was from the poorly fitted shower arm the plumber had fitted. Paid a new plumber to come out and assess and confirmed that the shower arm the plumber had refitted was poorly done. 0800 homefix tried to charge me over a grand to fix a poorly fitted shower arm!!!! Also the disclaimer form had a forged signature from me 🙄

Charlie was friendly, knowledgeable, on time, respectful of our home and worked quickly and tidied up after they finished. Got appointment booked quickly and easily and was a good price. Highly recommended.

I posted a job for job on Checkr Trade to replace a bathroom tap with two clear photos of a wall mounted bathroom tap. I was quoted £120 which I believed was to replace the tap I provided. When the plumber arrived he said he couldn’t do the job as it was wall mounted and would need digging out. I was then quoted £500 to do the same job i believed they’d quoted me for! They also took the £120 upfront which I am still waiting to be refunded!! Do not use!

Luke came to fix a blocked drain. He was very patient and explained everything. He was also very thorough and kept his work site very clean. I was really pleased with their service and will be getting them out again in the future!
