I was not able to get into my account
I was not able to get into my account. I unfortunately gave them a bad review. I reached out to them and realized after the fact that I used the wrong browser to log into my account. I got logged in and let them know it was not their fault but mine. I rescind the negative comment I made on your Trustpilot site.

I keep trying to log into my account. I've only been able to log into my account 3 times since I set this account up. Now I'm trying to log in and the message comes up make sure this is not a Bot. I'm answering the questions over 10 times and still can't get in. This is a rip off. I want to cancel this account now. Rip off....

What I like most about 123cards is that I am able to load all my family and friends contacts so a bulk Christmas and Easter and other holiday cards can be sent.
And now that I have used 123cards for awhile, I really trust them and my privacy.

Over past years I have bought individual e-cards, subscribed, and sent free cards from 123cards. They are always nice, and delivered quickly. However, although this site is always listed 1st when I enter "FREE e-cards" into search, it is no longer easy to get to the free cards. I looked at 5+ cards and all were pay cards. I’m sorry to hear about your frustration finding our free cards. We do still offer a varied selection of free Basic ecards alongside our Premium collection.
Our free Basic cards can be found at the bottom of each card category rather than at the top of the page. They can also be recognised by their smaller size and the ads displayed alongside them. When filling out a basic card, you’ll also see the option to “Send as Free Basic.”
We hope this information is helpful, and if you ever need a hand finding the right option for your needs, our support team is always happy to help.

I had a few chuckles while watching the e-card videos. They were amusing and cheerful.
I was annoyed to see that I was charged $64.95. I contacted the company and we were able to resolve the misunderstanding, my fault for not paying attention. Great service and quickly resolved!

The Subway gift card purchased ($50.00) and sent with this card has been declared invalid at 2 (two) different locations.
The recipient is very disappointed, the gift being very needy at this time.
I am not happy and out $50.00.
