I love this site that has so much flexibility to send friends and families cards for all occasions and even an option to send gift cards with with cards for all occasion’s and if it’s not a specific card for your need, you can create your own too!!

Didn't find out I would have to subscribe to an automatic renewal one-year subscription until I had chosen my card. Should be told up front which if any cards are actually free, and you should be able to send 1-5 cards by paying just for those cards!!!. To have a 3-day free trial with the requirement to cancel or else, is very negative.

Not very good. If I have a trial on something like Audible, I do not lose any contact that I have been able to download during the trial.
Don’t think I will be coming back to 123 cards.
It would also help if you did a 1 month subscription.

Thank you for your review. We offer a free 3-day trial to allow customers to try our Premium membership and its benefits. Premium cards and features are part of the membership, so if the trial is canceled, any cards already sent or scheduled will still be delivered, but as free Basic ecards rather than Premium cards.
We offer several subscription plans, including monthly, quarterly and annual memberships, so you can choose the option that best suits your needs.
If you'd prefer to send Premium cards without a subscription, we also offer a pay-as-you-go option. It's also possible to upgrade previously sent Basic cards to Premium individually.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team. You can reach us by email or through our Help Center, and we're always happy to help.

All their events, their mishaps, Celebrations, whatever, I can fill their mailbox with something colorful, cute, appropriate, heartfelt, whatever I need to share, they get it promptly, on the exactly right day, and I can even include a gift! 123 saves me, many times every year!

I had ONE single free e-gift sent last…
I had ONE single free e-gift sent last year and it charged not only at that time but auto-renewing this year. I was unable to check the first charge while travelling in Asia and dealing with other personal matters, however It is ultra disappointing that such misleading move could take 50 euros from my account for a lame "free" e-gift sent to my mother Once. would rather have properly sent her a decent physical card to Rio de Janeiro while I live in Spain and was looking for a fair gesture and not to be robbed.

I'm sorry to hear that this has been your experience, as this is certainly not the impression we wish to leave our customers with.
When you signed up with us, you chose a membership that provides access to all our premium benefits, including the ability to send as many premium cards as you wish. As stated during sign-up, our memberships renew automatically unless canceled.
However, a membership is not required to send cards with us. We also offer free basic cards, as well as the option to purchase individual premium cards on a pay-as-you-go basis.
We've also reached out to you by email, and I sincerely hope that the information and solution we've provided have addressed your concerns satisfactorily.

It is possible to send the ecards to multiple recipients at the same time. Underneath the recipient's email address and name, you'll see the option to add more recipients.
