I have been using 123cards so much over this past year and love the wide range of choice. I had a slight problem which was of my own making and they helped me correct it straight away. So impressed with this small company that I have signed up for a further 12 months. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

123 cards are Reliable for last minute sending!
I like using 123 cards but I'm always hesitant when I dont have a person's email address but only mobile phone number and text.
Otherwise the e cards are most useful and nice to send at the last moment!

Great imaginative cards in most…
Great imaginative cards in most categories. I have never been at a loss to find an appropriate card for any purpose but one - Sympathy cards. I assume there is a reason for this. In my mind it might be that this is a more personal event where people might want a physical card where they can express their emotions in a much more personal way. I also like the idea of choosing the card ahead of time and then having it sent on the date of the occasion. (I do wish you could make it easier to make the choice to send it by text number rather than email. From what I have observed, the way you have it set up now, after setting up by email, one has the choice to then send it also by text message, but not by text message alone. Also after using your product without having to set up a password account, it seems that has changed also. After I opened up your app, chose the card and personalized my message, a screen would pop up asking if I wanted to use my existing account on file in my named email or another. After choosing my named email account, I could then proceed to the final mailing portion setup for my chosen card. Now all the same steps appear plus an added one now after I choose my named email account. Rather than going back to the mailing portion, it now takes me to a screen for what appears to be a personal email message setup. This I found very confusing. Am I doing something wrong? I am not a techy person. So for me the least steps I have to sending my card the better. Any suggestions to get into my account and making it easier to go through the process of choosing and sending a card would be greatly appreciated. It just doesn't seem as easy a process when I first started using your product last November of 2005. Overall your product makes it so much more convenient to send cards for just about every occasion. And the cost factor allows a person like me on a fixed income to be able to afford to send many more cards (even for smaller occasions) to many more people than going to a store, even a discount store, to pay for them. So I guess the only drawback to your product is in my ability to understand the technical parts of moving around your process to send my cards. But thank you for your product and the great service you have given me. That's why I chose to sign up for another year with you (and of course the offer of $10 unlimited service for a second year too).

I like how quickly easily I can send cards, especially overseas. I also am enjoyingmaking my own designs, using old photos of my grandkids and personalising them with music. The kids love them, too.

Since you asked….
Your Fourth of July card selection, left a lot to be desired. None of them came across as patriotic, with the music being “weird”. You should’ve used a stirring selection from H.P. Sousa for some of the cards. Didn’t care for the ‘caricature’ of our Statue of Liberty; why not use a picture of the real statue? I sent the ‘bear’ one to my daughter who collects bears, but the music that went it was awful! I could not find any of your 7/4 cards to send to the rest of my family nor friends, so I didn’t. They would not have liked them either. Also, being our 250th celebration today, I expected a much better selection than what was offered. They come across as something a 7or 8 year old would compose. Again, greatly disappointed! I used the gif selections on my I phone instead. Again, you asked, so I happily obliged.
